What kind of classes we offer
Weekly Studio Art
Studio Art guides students through mark making, gesture drawing, sculpture, and painting, encouraging experimentation with materials, techniques, and textures. Students transform drawings into 3D sculptures, explore layering and finishing in painting, and develop confidence, creativity, and hands-on skills while bringing their artistic visions to life.
Weekly Artist Workshop
Artist Workshop introduces students to a new artist or style each week—from Cubist self-portraits and tie-dye fabrics to collaged water lily scenes, glittering Mickalene Thomas–inspired portraits, Abstract Expressionist works. Students learn about art history along with contemporary artists uising them as inspiration to bring our own visions to life.
